QA Control Analyst/Business Analyst is responsible for the overall quality control of software and data systems deployed by the company. This includes software implemented by the organization or third party companies, as well as data products, reports and data extracts created by the organization. This position is also responsible for the definition, implementation and management of functional requirements, system specifications, test scripts and test plans consistent with general industry standards for information systems and quality control, develop and provide basic product training and orientation for new staff and periodic training consistent with company requirements and standard operating procedures
The position is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of reports and reporting systems using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and related tools. The Reports and Database Analyst will analyze database schemas to develop new reports and maintain existing reports related to clinical trials research and clinical trial operations, understand requirements from subject matter experts perspective developing custom reports and data processing scripts using expert knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS).
